Mums’ Group

Sometimes Mums just need to be together. At the GBC Mums’ Group, Mums and their little ones get together every Friday morning from 9.30am at the church to catch up and chat in a child friendly space. Upstairs we have a large secured area where Mums can relax and talk with each other while the children run around and play. There is a separate kitchen and toilets upstairs and pool gates to keep the kids upstairs and in sight. We also have a stair lift in case you need help bringing a pram upstairs.

Program

The group is free, unstructured and is designed to allow free play for the children and plenty of time for the Mums to chat. Everyone brings something for morning tea to share.

Outings

Some days the group goes to the park, so check with us to see what the program is.

Prayer

Bringing up children is a lot of work and we know at GBC that bringing our friends and loved ones before the Lord in prayer is part of our mission to reach out and share the love of the Gospel in our community. If you need prayer, or would like some support send us a message and we will pass it on to our Pastoral Care Team who will pray for you and contact you if you’d like that.
