Friday 29th November: from 9am. Mums’ Group and kids and anyone else interested will be making gingerbread to give out at our Christmas Eve Service. Bring a baking tray and a rolling pin. Gingerbread supplied. (a couple of helpers would be good to monitor the oven.)
Saturday 30th November: 7.30am - Come nice and early and help put up lights and decorations inside and outside the church.
Saturday 30th November: from 9am. Gingerbread making for anyone interested. Bring a baking tray and baking paper, a rolling pin, a container to take some home and some small lollies to decorate.
Saturday 30th November: Mayoral Christmas Carols at the town hall from 5.30pm. Food stalls from 5.30 followed by carols around 6.30
Notices for December 2024.
Sunday 15th December: Better World Gifts will be available for purchase after the morning service to help relieve poverty and provide hope through Christ. You can purchase a gift with or without a card or let us know what you want to purchase and donate online, marking your donation with “Better World Gifts”.
Friday 20th December: Gatton Street Carnival. Come and sing carols with us as we roam the streets and proclaim the Good News of the arrival of Jesus. Wear something red and Christmasy.
Sunday 22nd December: 9.30 am communion service followed by a Christmas Themed shared lunch. (one week earlier than usual). If you can, bring something suitable for a Christmas lunch. It will be a great opportunity to celebrate together over a meal. All are welcome.
Tuesday 24th December: Christmas Eve Service at 6.30pm, followed by a light supper. The offering collected on the day will go to Baptist World Aid.
Wednesday 25th December: Christmas Day Service at 8am.
Sunday 29th December: The last Sunday of the year. Join us for our Worship Service at 9.30am and there will be an opportunity for baptisms at this service. See Pastor Doug for more details.

Facilities
Creche
A Creche area is available for young children and their parents right next to the main auditorium so you can still see what’s going on in the service while you’re with your little ones.
Parents’ Room
A Parents’ Room is available for nursing or feeding younger children during the service. Change table, lounge and rocker provided for Parents’ comfort.
Parking
There is plenty of parking available onsite as well as on William Street.
Where are we? If you’re coming through town on the main highway, when you see McDonalds at William and Spencer Streets, turn north (away from McDonalds) and go through the roundabout, and there we are on the right, at 12 William Street.
Service Length
Approx 1 and a half hours. Worship with singing, communion 2nd and 4th Sundays, preaching from God’s Word by the Pastor and guest preachers. Time together afterwards.
Morning Tea
Served after church every Sunday. Feel free to stay and have a chat after the service while you enjoy a hot cup of tea or coffee. We have a shared lunch on the 5th Sunday (of any month that has one).
